9.1 Application
(1) This Part applies to dangerous goods if the goods are being, or are to be, transported by road in a placard load. (2) This Part also applies to dangerous goods of Class 2.3, 6 or 8 if the goods are being, or are to be, transported by road in a load with food or food packaging.
