6.1 Consignor’s duties
A person must not consign packaged dangerous goods for transport by road in a unit load unless: (a) the packages can safely be transported by road in the unit load; and (b) if Chapter 6 of the ADG Code requires the Competent Authority’s approval for the transport by road of the unit load—the unit load is prepared in accordance with a method approved under subregulation 6.5(1); and (c) the unit load otherwise complies with the Chapter.
Penalty: $1 500.
