12.1 Owner’s duties
The owner of a vehicle must not use the vehicle, or allow the vehicle to be used, to transport a placard load of dangerous goods by road unless the vehicle is equipped with: (a) fire extinguishers and portable warning devices complying with Chapter 12 of the ADG Code; and (b) any other equipment required under the Chapter.
Penalty: $3 000.
