(1) This section applies to a dimension requirement imposed by reference to the overall length of a vehicle together with a load, where the load is a factor in determining the overall length. Substantial risk breach (2) The lower limit for a substantial risk breach of a dimension requirement to which this section applies is 0.35 metre over the maximum permissible dimension limit. Severe risk breach (3) The lower limit for a severe risk breach of a dimension requirement to which this section applies is 0.60 metre over the maximum permissible dimension limit.
