It is immaterial that the officer or person driving a vehicle or combination under the authority of this Division is not authorised to drive it (as referred to in section 23(3) (Meaning of qualified, fit or authorised to drive or run engine)).
Note: It is intended that agencies will establish procedures to be followed for securing a vehicle or combination after it has been entered or moved under this Division and for notifying the owner or other persons about action taken under this Division.
