27 Application of Division
(1) This Division applies to a vehicle or combination located: (a) on any road; or (b) in or on any public place; or (c) in or on any premises occupied or owned by the Authority or by any other public authority; or (d) in or on any premises where the officer is lawfully present after entry under Division 4. (2) This Division applies to the driver of a vehicle or combination who is apparently in, on or in the vicinity of the vehicle or combination.
