130 Penalty levels: offences referred to in Schedule 1
Application of section (1) This section applies to the road law offences referred to in Schedule 1. Penalties for individuals (2) A court may impose on an individual who is found guilty of an offence to which this section applies a penalty not exceeding the maximum penalty indicated in respect of the offence in Column 3 of Schedule 1. Penalties for bodies corporate (3) A court may impose on a body corporate that is found guilty of an offence to which this section applies a penalty not exceeding 5 times the maximum penalty that could be imposed on an individual in respect of the offence.
