121 Cancellation of improvement notices
(1) An improvement notice served by an approved officer who is an authorised officer may be cancelled by: (a) the Authority; or (b) an approved officer who is an authorised officer and who is senior in rank to the officer who served the notice. (2) An improvement notice served by an approved officer who is a police officer may be cancelled by: (a) the Commissioner of Police; or (b) an approved officer who is a police officer and who is senior in rank to the officer who served the notice. (3) Notice of cancellation of an improvement notice is required to be served on the person affected. (4) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to identifying or determining the seniority in rank of officers for the purposes of this section.
