13 Membership administration fees
(1) The regulations may prescribe fees to be paid if the accrediting agency accredits a person as a member of an approved alternative compliance scheme for the administrative expense that will be incurred by the accrediting agency in implementing the person’s accreditation. (2) If the regulations prescribe fees, the accrediting agency must, before the time of accreditation, notify the person of the amount of the fees and of the arrangements for payment.
