11 Commencement of membership
A person’s accreditation as a member of an approved alternative compliance scheme commences on the later of: (a) a time specified by the accrediting agency; or (b) if the regulations prescribe a membership administration fee for the person—when the fee, or the first instalment of the fee, is paid.
