84 Penalty levels: offences referred to in Schedule 1
(1) A court may impose on an individual who is found guilty of an offence a penalty not exceeding the maximum penalty indicated in respect of the offence in Column 3 of Schedule 1.1. (2) A court may impose on a body corporate that is found guilty of an offence a penalty not exceeding 5 times the maximum penalty that could be imposed on an individual in respect of the offence.
