66 Review of exemption etc
If the Competent Authority: (a) refuses to grant an exemption to a person or a class of persons; or (b) cancels an exemption granted to a person or a class of persons; or (c) grants an exemption to a person or a class of persons subject to conditions; or (d) varies or cancels conditions to which an exemption granted to a person or a class of persons is subject or imposes new conditions; the person or a representative of the class of persons may apply for a review of the decision.
