120 Prohibition notice may be served
(1) This section applies if an authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds that a dangerous activity is occurring or may occur. (2) The authorised officer may serve on a person who has or appears to have control over the activity a notice that prohibits the person : (a) from carrying on the activity; or (b) from carrying on the activity in a specified way, until the authorised officer has certified in writing that the activity is not or is longer a dangerous activity.
