40 Annual fees
(1) Subject to this Part, an accredited person must pay the annual accreditation fee prescribed by the regulations [local variations for manner of fixing fees]. (2) The Rail Safety Regulator may accept payment of an annual accreditation fee due and payable by an accredited person in accordance with an agreement made with the person, whether for payment by instalments or otherwise.
