9 Issue of IAP identifiers
(1) The Authority may issue an IAP identifier for an IAP vehicle. (2) If an IAP identifier is, or becomes, known to a person or entity that has the ability to associate it with a particular individual, the person or entity must treat the identifier as personal information for the purposes of a law relating to privacy.
