38 IAP auditors’ obligation to keep information secure
(1) An IAP auditor must take reasonable steps to protect IAP information collected by it against unauthorised access, unauthorised use, misuse, loss, modification or unauthorised disclosure. (2) An IAP auditor must take reasonable steps to destroy personal information no longer needed for IAP purposes, or remove permanently from such information anything by which an individual can be identified.
