23 Functions of TCA
For the purposes of this Act, the functions of TCA are: (a) to manage the certification and audit regime for the Intelligent Access Program; and (b) to certify and audit, and cancel the certification of, IAP service providers; and (c) to appoint and coordinate IAP auditors.
