131 Prosecution of offences that are undecided
(1) This section applies if: (a) before the commencement of this section, a person had committed an offence against the old Regulations; and (b) immediately before the commencement of this section, the person: (i) had not been charged with the offence; or (ii) had been charged with the offence, but the charge had not been decided. (2) The person may be prosecuted, or continue to be prosecuted, for the offence as if this Act had not commenced.
