129 Exemption applications
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section: (a) the Authority had: (i) an application for a limited driving hours exemption or logbook exemption; or (ii) an application for variation or cancellation of a limited driving hours exemption or logbook exemption; and (b) the Authority had not yet decided the application. (2) The application is taken to have been made, and may be decided, under this Act.
