125 TFMS to AFM
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section: (a) a driver was registered as a participant in TFMS or a corresponding TFMS; and (b) the Authority had an application for AFM accreditation from an operator; and (c) the Authority had not yet decided the application. (2) Until the Authority decides the application, the driver may drive for the operator according to BFM hours (not AFM hours).
Note: BFM hours and AFM hours are set out in Division 3.3 (BFM hours) and Division 3.4 (AFM hours).
(3) If the Authority refuses to grant the application, the driver may drive for the operator according to standard hours. (4) If the Authority grants the application, the driver may drive for the operator according to the AFM hours.
