117 Mutual recognition of other decisions
(1) This section applies to: (a) a decision of a corresponding Authority to which section 116 does not apply that is in force in the other jurisdiction; or (b) a recommendation of the Panel in accordance with section 115. (2) Except for circumstances that do not exist in this jurisdiction, the Authority may decide whether the decision or recommendation is to have effect in this jurisdiction as if it were a decision made by the Authority. (3) A decision by the Authority under subsection (2) must be made in writing and is subject to any variations or conditions specified by the Authority.
