100 Variation or cancellation of an exemption granted to a class of persons
(1) This section applies to a work/rest hours exemption granted to a class of persons. (2) The Authority may vary or cancel the exemption by publishing a notice in the Gazette if the Authority considers that the exemption is no longer necessary or justified.
