(1) In section 51(5), after “subsection” insert “(2) or”. (2) In section 51(6), in the table, in the item relating to the total period (column 1) of 24 hours, in column 3 omit – (a) “10 hrs stationary rest time, or”; and (b) “10 hrs rest time in an approved sleeper berth while the vehicle is moving or is stationary”.
