40. Additional function for Fatigue Authorities Panel
For section 114(3) substitute – “(3) The function of the Panel is: (a) to consider matters referred to it by any member of the Panel under this Part, or under a corresponding provision of a corresponding fatigue law; and (b) to determine any matter that is specified in this Act as a matter that is to be specified by the Panel.”.
