For section 73(9) substitute – “(9) If the Authority issues a written work diary to a driver from another jurisdiction in the participating zone: (a) it must notify the corresponding Authority of that jurisdiction of: (i) the identifying number for the work diary; (ii) the driver’s name and licence number; and (iii) the time, date and place of issue; and (b) it must include with that notification either: (i) a statement of the reason why it issued the work diary; or (ii) a copy of the application it received for the issue of the work diary.”.
