51Review of operation of Act and Agreement

#### 51 Review of operation of Act and Agreement (1) The Ministerial Council must: (a) no later than the sixth anniversary of the commencement of this Act; and (b) no later than the end of each succeeding period of 6 years after that anniversary; review the operation of this Act and the Agreement, and on each occasion give a written report of the review to the Prime Minister, the Premier of each State, the Chief Minister for the Australian Capital Territory and the Chief Minister of the Northern Territory. (2) The report of each review must include: (a) a recommendation as to whether the National Transport Commission should continue; and (b) a recommendation as to whether this Act should be repealed or amended; and (c) the reasons for the recommendations.
