This notice removes the National Transmission Network Sale Act 1998 restriction on transferring one specific parcel of land (Lot B, Plan 817647S; 250A Taylors Road, Delahey VIC). It takes effect the day after registration.
Mechanically, the exemption allows that parcel to be sold or transferred without the Act’s usual s.18 constraints, reducing compliance for the parcel’s owner or buyer. The change is a narrow, one‑off carve‑out that must be checked against the certificate of title and the original declaration.
