105 Further information about application — Minister’s request
(1) The Minister may, in writing, ask the national broadcaster to do 1 or more of the following things to help the Minister make a decision:
(a) give the Minister, or the ACMA, the information mentioned in the request;
(3) If the Minister acts under subsection (1), the Minister must send a copy of the request to the ACMA.
(4) The Minister is not required to consider the application while the Minister or the ACMA is waiting for the national broadcaster to respond to the request.
