74 Protection from civil actions
Each of the following: (a) the CEO; (b) a person assisting the CEO in accordance with section 66 or 67; (c) a person engaged as a consultant, or an expert witness, under section 68; is not liable to an action or other proceeding for damages for or in relation to an act done or omitted to be done in good faith: (d) in the performance or purported performance of any function of the CEO; or (e) in the exercise or purported exercise of any power of the CEO.
