68 Consultants and expert witnesses
(1) The CEO may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as: (a) consultants to the CEO; or (b) expert witnesses in relation to a dispute before the National Sports Tribunal. (2) The terms and conditions of the engagement of a person are those determined by the CEO in writing.
