64 Directions to CEO

CEO subject to directions by Minister (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, give directions to the CEO in relation to the CEO performing the CEO’s functions or exercising the CEO’s powers. (2) However, such a direction must not relate to: (a) a particular athlete, support person, other person or sporting body; or (b) a particular dispute before the National Sports Tribunal. (3) The CEO must comply with a direction under subsection (1). CEO not subject to directions by Secretary (4) The CEO is not subject to the directions of the Secretary in relation to the CEO performing the CEO’s functions or exercising the CEO’s powers.
