63 Application of the finance law etc.
(1) For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013), the CEO is taken to be an official of the Department. (2) The Secretary, when preparing the Department’s annual report under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period, must include information in that report about the operation of the National Sports Tribunal during that period.
