28 Mediation, conciliation or case appraisal of disputes

(1) If: (a) an application is made in the circumstances permitted by Subdivision B of Division 3 for mediation, conciliation or case appraisal of a dispute; and (b) the application is in accordance with Division 7; the National Sports Tribunal must conduct the mediation, conciliation or case appraisal of the dispute. (2) The participants in the mediation, conciliation or case appraisal must act in good faith in relation to the conduct of the mediation, conciliation or case appraisal.
