#### 46FA Offence to contravene regulations (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) regulations made under section 38C require the person to comply with a requirement relating to the storage, handling or destruction of national security information; and (b) the person engages in conduct; and (c) the conduct results in the requirement being contravened; and (d) the contravention of the requirement is likely to prejudice national security. Penalty: 6 months imprisonment. (2) In this section: > engage in conduct means: (a) do an act; or (b) omit to perform an act.
