#### 46E Offence to call witness contrary to Attorney‑General’s civil witness exclusion certificate given under section 38H A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is given a certificate under subsection 38H(2) in relation to the calling of a witness; and (b) the person calls the witness in contravention of the certificate.
