46D Offence to disclose information contrary to Attorney‑General’s civil non‑disclosure certificate given under section 38F

A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is given a certificate under subsection 38F(2) or (3) in relation to the disclosure of information; and (b) the person discloses the information in contravention of the certificate.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
