#### 38 Appeal against court decisions under section 32 (1) A statement recipient (within the meaning of section 32) may appeal against any decision of the court made under section 32. (2) The court that has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from the judgment on the trial in the proceeding has jurisdiction to hear and determine any appeal under this section.
