#### 20B Court to consider hearing in camera etc. (1) If, during a hearing in a federal criminal proceeding, an issue arises relating to the disclosure, protection, storage, handling or destruction, in the proceeding, of national security information, then before hearing the issue, the court must consider making an order under either or both of the following: (a) subsection 19(1A); (b) section 93.2 of the Criminal Code. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the issue is the subject of an order that is in force under section 22.
