18 Operation of other Acts etc.
This Act does not affect the operation of the provisions of any other Act, other than: (a) sections 26, 27, 29, 43 to 45 and 48 of the Evidence Act 1995; and (b) sections 70, 80 and 80A of the Judiciary Act 1903.
