##### 33 Staff seconded to the Commission (1) The Commission is to be assisted by: (a) persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999, and officers and employees of authorities of the Commonwealth, whose services are made available to the Commission in connection with the performance or exercise of any of its functions or powers; and (b) persons whose services are so made available under arrangements made under subsection (2). (2) The Commission may make with the appropriate authority or officer of a State or Territory an arrangement under which the State or Territory may make officers or employees available to the Commission to perform services in connection with the performance or exercise of any of the Commission’s functions or powers.
