##### 24 Voting at meetings (1) At a meeting, all questions are to be decided by a majority of votes of the ordinary members present and voting. (2) The New Zealand member is not entitled to vote on a question in connection with a matter unless the matter relates to: (a) a TTMRA road vehicle standard; or (b) a proposed TTMRA road vehicle standard.
