##### 23 Quorum (1) At a meeting, 3 ordinary members constitute a quorum. (2) The New Zealand member is not to be counted in determining whether there is a quorum during so much of a meeting as relates to the consideration of a matter other than: (a) a matter relating to a TTMRA road vehicle standard; or (b) a matter relating to a proposed TTMRA road vehicle standard.
