22Procedure at meetings

##### 22 Procedure at meetings (1) The Chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is present. (2) If the Chairperson is not present at a meeting but the Deputy Chairperson is present, the Deputy Chairperson is to preside. (3) Subject to this Division, the Commission may regulate the conduct of proceedings at its meetings as it thinks fit and is to keep minutes of those proceedings.
