10A Commission’s objectives
(1) In the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers, the Commission must have regard to the following: (a) the principles set out in Recital C of the Heavy Vehicles Agreement; (b) the objectives set out in Recital D of the Heavy Vehicles Agreement; (c) the objectives set out in Recital C of the Light Vehicles Agreement. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit the matters to which the Commission may have regard.
