##### 10 Consultation In the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers, the Commission must, where it is appropriate and practicable to do so, consult with: (a) governments and government bodies; and (b) representatives of industries, including the road transport industry; and (c) representatives of people who live in rural or remote areas of Australia; and (d) other interested people, bodies and organisations.
