I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Residue Survey (Cattle Transactions) Levy Act 1995.

Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the National Residue Survey (Cattle Transactions) Levy Regulations.

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 August 1996.

Interpretation

In these Regulations:

“Act” means the National Residue Survey (Cattle Transactions) Levy Act 1995.

Amount of levy

For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (c) of the Act, 32 cents is prescribed.
