18 Varying or removing special conditions etc. by agreement
(1) The Secretary may, at any time with the agreement of the approved participant: (a) vary or remove a special condition of an allocation; or (b) vary or remove a condition of the reservation of a provisional allocation for a dwelling that relates to the size of the dwelling. (2) The approved participant may apply to the Secretary for a variation or removal under subsection (1). The application must be made in the approved form.
