14 Compliance with relevant laws
(1) No incentive is available for any period during which the dwelling fails to comply with the landlord‑tenant, building, or health and safety laws of the State or Territory and local government area in which the dwelling is located. (2) No incentive is available for any period during which the approved participant, an associated party or the manager of the dwelling fails to comply, in relation to the dwelling, with the landlord‑tenant, building, or health and safety laws of the State or Territory and local government area in which the dwelling is located.
