#### 42 Internal review of incentive amounts under regulation 28 Despite the amendments of regulation 28 made by items 27 and 28 of the amending Schedule, subregulation 28(3) as in force immediately before the commencement time, continues to apply in relation to determinations made under regulation 28 before the commencement time.
