#### 27 Full incentive amount for subsidiary dwelling (1) The Secretary must determine an incentive for a subsidiary dwelling proportionate to the number of tenancies in the dwelling, to a maximum of: (a) for the period beginning on 1 July 2008 and ending on 30 April 2009—$5 000; and (b) for the year beginning on 1 May 2009—the amount of $6 000, indexed in accordance with the NRAS incentive index. > Note: Example for paragraph (b): If a dwelling consists of 5 subsidiary dwellings, the maximum incentive amount for each of them is $1 200. (2) For each subsequent year beginning 1 May, the amount of the incentive is the amount for the previous year indexed in accordance with the NRAS incentive index. (3) Other than for subregulation (1), these Regulations apply to subsidiary dwellings in the same way as they apply to other approved rental dwellings.
